General Tackle Football Information
The Town of Fuquay-Varina offers tackle football for children ages 7 - 13. The tackle football program is an 11 versus 11 recreational league which focuses on skill development, sportsmanship, fun and safety. Rules, age cut off dates and league divisions are all in alignment with the Harnett County Football League allowing our teams to play against towns in northern Harnett County.
Home games are hosted at Fuquay-Varina Middle School on Saturdays. If registration numbers per division do not allow for an in-house league (less than 4 teams), our league rules, age cutoff dates and divisions allow entry of Fuquay-Varina teams into the Harnett County Football League (HCFL). As a part of HCFL all teams will receive a full schedule of games including home/away games, and for Pee Wee's and Midgets an end-of-season tournament and Super Bowl.
Fuquay-Varina strives to offer affordable, recreational tackle football for residents and Non-Residents that is safe, fun and engaging. Visit the Parks & Recreation online registration site.
