Responsibilities

The Communications Department is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive, consistent communications program to ensure that town residents are well-informed of the services, news, events, accomplishments, and initiatives of the Town of Fuquay-Varina.

The Communications Department maintains the town's website and social media and provides a range of marketing services that include advertising, public relations, media relations, print, and electronic communications. The department works closely with all Town departments to provide accurate and timely information to citizens and media outlets.
