Regardless of how you pay your Town of Fuquay-Varina utility bill, you can have a notification emailed to you the day your utility bill is available.  

Customers will need to establish an eUtilities account and choose to get email notifications. This doesn’t mean you must pay online (though this is a convenient payment option.) The Town of Fuquay-Varina highly recommends that you sign-up to receive email notifications that your utility bill is available then choose the following payment options to conveniently pay your utility bill:

Payment Options

Bank Draft 

  • Automatically deducts from a checking account the day before it is due.
  • Complete the Automatic Bank Draft Form.
  • Return the Automatic Bank Draft Form and a Void Check to 134 N. Main Street.
  • Benefit:   There is no charge for this service, and you will never pay a late fee!  


  • Located at 135 N. Main Street.
  • Open Monday-Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM.
  • Only water/sewer/garbage payments are accepted at this location.

  • Send a check or money order to
    • Town of Fuquay-Varina, 134 N. Main Street, Fuquay-Varina, NC  27526
    • Allow a minimum of 7 days for processing.  The Town of Fuquay-Varina has no control over USPS delivery.  

*Please note:  When paying online, we advise customers to use the town’s direct payment portal at www.fuquay-varina.org/eutilities.  

Some customers use online bill pay services (through banks or other services).  These service providers then pay the Town on your behalf.   Payments from such providers are not directly posted to your utility account.  In fact, it may take 7 to 10 days for the Town to receive your payment from these services. This situation can pose issues if your account is in jeopardy for cut-off. If you choose another site to pay on, please make sure that you know and trust that site’s security because you are handing over sensitive information.
