You may receive your utility bill by mail or email. To receive your bill by email, sign up for eUtilities.

eUtilities

eUtilities is the fastest way to receive your utility bill. Users receive an email notification the day their bill is available. You may then pay your bill using any of the payment options listed below.

Create an eUtilities account and select to receive email notifications.

Paying Your Utility Bill

You may pay your bill through bank draft, in person, online, or by mail.

Bank draft

Automatically deduct your payment from a checking account the day before it is due. There is no charge for this service, and you will never pay a late fee!

Submit the Automatic Bank Draft Form to get started.

Mail

Send a check or money order to: Town of Fuquay-Varina, 134 N. Main Street, Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526.

Allow a minimum of 7 days for processing. The Town of Fuquay-Varina has no control over USPS delivery.

Cash, check, eCheck, money order, or debit/credit

Pay in person at the John W. Byrne Municipal Building (134 N. Main Street) or across the street at the Utility Drive-Thru (135 N. Main Street). A dropbox is available at the drive-thru for after-hours payments.

Pay by credit/debit card and eCheck online* at www.fuquay-varina.org/eutilities

A processing fee applies will all credit/debit and eCheck payments.

*Some customers use online bill pay services through their bank or other services. These service providers then pay the Town on your behalf. Payments from such providers are not directly posted to your utility account. It may take 7 to 10 days for the Town to receive your payment from these services. This situation can pose issues if your account is in jeopardy of cut-off.
