Fuquay-Varina Festivals

Here's a brief listing of Town Events and Festivals:

Independence Day Celebration (July 1)
: Join us at South Park for this good old fashioned patriotic celebration. Gates open at 6 p.m. Live music. Fireworks at sundown.

Ice Cream Social (July 17):  Any day is a good day to eat ice cream, but National Ice Cream Day seems very official, so let’s make it a date!

Celebrate Fuquay-Varina (October 1): Annually, more than 8,000 people take in the sights and sounds of the Celebrate Fuquay-Varina festival!

Follow Me to Fuquay-Varina Concert Series:  Held in both the Spring and Fall on Thursday evenings in Downtown Fuquay, the series that began in 2015 has grown in popularity and features a variety of musical genres!  Join us for an evening that promises the perfect blend of music and local flavor!  Local food and beer vendors will be on site.

Haunted Trial (October 15): Join us for either family fright or full fright at Carroll Howard Johnson Park.  Family Fright is light-hearted and Full Fight is designed to frighten.  Click the link for details and volunteer opportunities.

Tree Lighting (December 1): Holiday festivities include choral performances, the festival of lights at Fuquay Mineral Spring Park, an outdoor ice skating rink and sleigh rides!
