We have a host of activities planned for the National Night Out Against Crime event on Tuesday, August 1, 2017 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the FVPD located at 114 N. Main St. in Fuquay-Varina:

- Free hot dogs and drinks (while supplies last)
- Bicycle registration Program - register your bike with us so in the event it is missing/stolen the information we have on file will assist with recovery
- Bicycle helmet giveaways (while supplies last)
- Child ID Kits
- Medicine Drop Program - Bring your expired and/or unused medications for disposal (no syringes or liquid medications please)
- Demonstrations of police equipment to include radar, LIDAR, Special Response Team and the Segway
- Tour of the Police Department
