If you wish to address the Board on a non-agenda item, the Mayor will allow you to briefly address the Board during the “Public Comments” portion of the meeting. Public Comments are scheduled at the first portion of the Board Meeting.

Board meetings are regularly scheduled for the first Monday and the third Tuesday after the first Monday of each month at 7 p.m. Meetings are held at Town Hall located at 134 N. Main Street, Fuquay-Varina, NC.
Absolutely! Town Board, Board of Adjustment and Planning Board meetings are available on the Town's YouTube channel.
We currently post the agenda online for your convenience. Printed copies are also available outside the Town Hall Board room at the Town Hall.
Public hearings are held by the Board to give citizens the opportunity to comment on certain current issues involving the Town. All public hearings are advertised and placed on the agenda.
Persons interested in serving on the Planning Board, Board of Adjustment, Parks and Recreation Advisory Board, or any Board-created Commission, should complete an application and file it with the Town Clerk.
Minutes must be approved by the Board, therefore they are available following approval.
