How can I pay my bill?

You may pay your bill through bank draft, in person, online, or by mail.

Bank draft

Automatically deduct your payment from a checking account the day before it is due. There is no charge for this service, and you will never pay a late fee!

Submit the Automatic Bank Draft Form to get started.

Mail

Send a check or money order to: Town of Fuquay-Varina, 134 N. Main Street, Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526.

Allow a minimum of 7 days for processing. The Town of Fuquay-Varina has no control over USPS delivery.

Cash, check, money order, or debit/credit

Pay in person at the John W. Byrne Municipal Building (134 N. Main Street) or across the street at the Utility Drive-Thru (135 N. Main Street). A dropbox is available at the drive-thru for after-hours payments.

Pay by credit/debit card online* at www.fuquay-varina.org/eutilities

A small processing fee applies will all credit/debit payments.

*Some customers use online bill pay services through their bank or other services. These service providers then pay the Town on your behalf. Payments from such providers are not directly posted to your utility account. It may take 7 to 10 days for the Town to receive your payment from these services. This situation can pose issues if your account is in jeopardy of cut-off.
