Can you adjust my utility bill if I have a leak?

The Town will consider adjustments to the sewer portion of the utility bill in cases where the water did not go into the sewer system (service line leaks, hot water tank leaks, outside faucet leaks). Leaks where the water goes back into the sewer system (toilets, inside sinks/faucets) are not adjustable.
