The Town of Fuquay-Varina is soliciting bid proposals for the demolition and removal of structures located at 122 N. Main Street PIN 0656986039, 114 N. Main Street PIN 0656976954, 110 N. Main Street PIN 0656976853, 103 N. Fuquay Avenue PIN 0656979719, and 109 E. Academy Street PIN 0656979713. For comprehensive project requirements, please refer to the plans and specifications provided.

Prospective bidders may view the plans and specifications for the proposed project on the Town of Fuquay-Varina website (https://www.fuquay-varina.org/ Click on "Bids", then the name of this project). 

Sealed Bids will be received at the Fuquay-Varina Town Hall, Procurement Department, 134 North Main Street, Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina until Wednesday, 2:00 PM, December 6, 2023, at which time and place the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

All interpretations related to this RFB must be submitted in writing to the Project Manager, Matthew Poling, PE, () by 5:00 PM on Tuesday, November 28, 2023. All responses to timely submitted requests for interpretation will be addressed in the form of an addendum. The final addendum will be posted to the Town website by 5:00 PM on Wednesday, November 29, 2023.  

The Town of Fuquay-Varina reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason or no reason and accept the bid most favorable to the Town of Fuquay-Varina.
